I’ve handled thousands of military artifacts over the past 40+ years and can state that it’s very rare when they’re marked or tagged with the
specific
aircraft from which they were removed.
With that in mind, here’s a
G.P.I. Control Quadrant

Part of the Ground Position Indicator system, from what I can piece together on the Internet, 56-004 was written off in 1971, meaning it met some untimely demise and was subsequently salvaged.
Having been removed from an operational fighter jet, this Quadrant shows some wear from use & subsequent decades in storage.
All 3 knobs move their dials, but actual functional status is unknown.
Plastic cannon plugs have protected the nice electrical connections, so it should plug right into the console of your cockpit
