Dental Headquarters Vietnam 932nd Medical Detachment Plaque US Army Colonel.  Presented to Colonel Jack  Pollock by Commanding Officer 932nd Medical Detachment HDPS April 1967.  Plaque measures approximately 9.5" tall by 7.5" wide..
