BOSE 901 Series I Speakers, Equalizer, Stands. Excellent Condition! Watch Video

Hello everybody..
For your viewing and consideration I am selling a complete set of BOSE 901, Series I walnut speakers with their original matching "square top" Tulip stands and the original Series I Active Equalizer.
The speaker cabinets are dark walnut with the BOSE "Rutherford" heavy cloth covers. They are a mixed weave of medium and dark brown and oxblood red threads. This cloth was used on the Series I speakers from 1969-1971. The cabinets are in exceptionally good condition for their age. The information decal on speaker #1 is partially missing (tape pulled it loose) whereas speaker # 2 still retains it's original decal. The serial numbers are: #1-131322, and #2-131397. I have included new aluminum information plates for both speakers. The new owner can attach them if they wish (self adhesive) and fill out the serial number sections. There are also the 2 original "SYNCOM" Computer Tested decals, that can be re-glued to the speaker bottoms if the new owner chooses to do so.
All of the wood surfaces on the speakers and the equalizer case cover have been treated with Howard's Walnut Restor-a-Finish, and Feed-n-Wax. They look amazing. There are a couple of very small nicks and imperfections in the wood surfaces, but they can barely be see from 2' away.
All of the 18, 4-1/2" drivers are the originals and are in perfect condition. The series I and 2 drivers do not suffer from "foam-rot" as do the series 3 through 6 series.
The active equalizer is the "early edition" Series I version. You can tell the difference by the original 5 blue caps and the non
ID-printed circuit board. The eq has been cleaned, and the switches have been treated with Deoxit D5. It works perfectly.
The PS-5 tulip stands are the solid, one piece design with the square tops and the 15" round base. They are the same 18" height as the newer PS-6 versions. They both still have the original push-in gray rubber feet/bumpers on the bottoms. They have been sanded down and primed and re-sprayed with 6 layers of Rust-Oleum Custom Shop #263422 Matte-Finish paint. This is very close to the paint that BOSE used in their production process. They do have some minute dust and lint particles in the finish... hardly noticeable though.
*** I am also including a re-printed copy of the Series I owners manual, a re-printed copy of the Series I and II service manual, a re-printed color brochure, and a copy of the PS-6 Tulip stand owners manual. You will also receive 2 new 6' RCA cables, and a package of Velcro dots to re-attach the rear speaker cloth covers (I did not re-staple them)
