THIS ELUSIVE 22" TALKING MRS. BEASLEY DOLL by MATTEL is in New Condition. Never Removed From very good condition Box with original sealed cello
This doll from "Family Affair" represented the sweetness of a grandma combined with the closeness of a best friend,and every little girl and boy in the late 60's longed to have her for their very own.
This doll is a wonderful example of Mrs. Beasley. The doll has a brightly colored beautiful mint face. Her facial paint is great,and makes the most of that one-and-only Mrs. Beasley expression! She has shiny, silky rooted hair
Original eyeglasses, tagged apron and collar. Mrs. Beasley is  NEW - would make a perfect gift!
Her box is in very good condition with original cello.. it is still very bright and the graphics are great!   Mrs. Beasley has a rubber o-ring in her voice box that deteriorates over time.   Does not matter if she is used or not.    I do fix the Mrs. Beasleys to talk again. This Mrs. Beasley has never had the cello removed. There is a manufacturers original hole in the cello that allows you to pull the string. I will sell it with the sealed  cello or if you prefer I will carefully remove the cello and repair her to speak and then reattach the cello. This would be your choice. I have never seen a never removed from box one that talks because the o-ring has deteriorated with time. Please let me know if you prefer to have this item opened and repaired to talk or if you want it kept NRFB as it is
When repaired Mrs. B. speaks loudly and clearly and when you pull her string she will say:
* Speak a little louder dear,so Mrs.Beasley can hear you.
* Would you like to try on my glasses? You may if you wish.
* Long ago I was a little girl just like you!
* If you were a little smaller, I could rock you to sleep.
* Gracious me,you're getting to be such a big girl!
* Do you wanna hear a secret? I know one.
* I do think you're the nicest little friend I ever had.
It would be such fun to play jump rope,don't you think?
* If you could have three wishes,what would you wish for?
* You may call me Mrs.Beasley,would you like to play?
